In recent years, driver's drowsiness is the main cause of accidents causing severe physical injuries, death and economic loss. The purpose of this paper is to develop an automatic moving car with a predefined destination incase of Somnolence and less heartbeat detection techniques for identifying driver's current state. Driver's Somnolence is analyzed by his/her eye blink movement and also we can measure the heart rate of driver during Somnolence. If heart rate goes abnormal then the message intimation will automatically send to the nearer hospital. And the main aim of this system the vehicle will automatically moves on to the particular location (hospital/home).
