This study is conducted in the Endocrinology clinic and Physiology Department of PCMSand RC, Bhopal (India ). About 113 patients of Type-2 diabetes mellitus are selected according to inclusion criteria of which 23 are excluded .In this study the trends of micro vascular complications of type-2 Diabetes mellitus with increasing BMI is monitored. We observed that the prevalence of nephropathy and retinopathy increased with increase in BMI which was in accordance with findings of previous researchers. There is some contrasting findings in neuropathy which may be due to less number of cases with neuropathic complications.
